We offer part replacements and refunds depending on the circumstances. We will first try to replace damaged panels once full pictures are provided by you. If replacing damaged panels is not viable for your items, we would offer a partial or full refund.

If you have ordered the wrong kit, we will refund the item minus the delivery fee once the kit is returned (and collection costs if required).

If Pyramid Plylining ships you the wrong kit, we will refund the item and cover collection fees.
